Moscow 38 is a surreal story about two friends: Veronica and Liz. They live in New York where they have been coerced into working as prostitutes by a mysterious cult. They are living day to day, trying to survive, until a strange shipment from Russia changes everything. As Veronica's drug addiction spirals out of control, she has trouble distinguishing delusions from reality. Will she escape her situation or will her addiction destroy her?
